FRANCES GAYLE ROBBINS JORDAN
Frances Gayle Robbins Jordan, 73 of Gaston, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023 in her home. Ms. Jordan was born on September 21, 1949 in North Hampton County, the daughter of the late, Thelma Louise Smith and James Russell Robbins.
Surviving include her Sons: Jackie “Jay” Cole Hester, Jr. (Deborah) of Gaston and Kristopher Lee Jordan (Brandi) of Roanoke Rapids; her Daughter: Teresa Shearin (Dean) of Roanoke Rapids; her Siste: Barbara Robbins Jones (Gaston); her Special Aunt: Madie Higgins; her Grandchildren: Kelsie Lynn Hester, Gary Shearin, Brad Shearin (Holly), Cadance Rawlings, and Madalin Yarboro; her Great Grandchildren: Lucas Shearin and Gracelyn Shearin; her fur baby, Bambi and her grand puppy, Reese.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, February 13, 2023 in Church of Jesus Christ on Emry Street in Roanoke Rapids with Reverend Ricky Jordan and Judi Hux officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 12, 2023, from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at Wrenn Funeral Home.
